Pricing for our BIM services is scope-driven and based on the engagement model selected for the project. Key factors that influence pricing include modeling complexity, Level of Detail (LOD), discipline scope (Architectural, Structural, MEPFS), building type, gross square footage, number of floors, turnaround time, and required deliverables or sheet sizes.
