Role Responsibilities
  • Hands-on Technical Lead with strong focus on Quality Assurance and Client Communication
  • Review internal and external design drawings and project documents
  • Audit BIM models for compliance with internal and client standards
  • Coordinate directly with clients for project execution and updates
  • Assign, manage, and monitor tasks for internal design and modeling teams
  • Train new and existing staff on BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
  • Maximize BIM productivity by defining and improving project workflows
  • Create and maintain BIM models for various project types and complexities

MEP Design Engineer

Role Responsibilities
  • Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Manage and oversee the work of subordinate staff while coordinating with architects and engineers
  • Prepare plans, detailed designs, specifications, and cost estimates for plumbing, HVAC, and piping systems
  • Provide technical guidance to designers, supervisors, inspectors, and contractors regarding MEP system installation and maintenance
  • Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering issues and develop effective solutions
  • Identify design and execution challenges while managing and delivering multiple projects
  • Plan, organize, review, and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
