- Hands-on Technical Lead with strong focus on Quality Assurance and Client Communication
- Review internal and external design drawings and project documents
- Audit BIM models for compliance with internal and client standards
- Coordinate directly with clients for project execution and updates
- Assign, manage, and monitor tasks for internal design and modeling teams
- Train new and existing staff on BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
- Maximize BIM productivity by defining and improving project workflows
- Create and maintain BIM models for various project types and complexities
- Develop BIM coordination strategies across multiple disciplines
- Report to project managers and engineers while completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedules
- Strong Autodesk software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related tools

- Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Manage and oversee the work of subordinate staff while coordinating with architects and engineers
- Prepare plans, detailed designs, specifications, and cost estimates for plumbing, HVAC, and piping systems
- Provide technical guidance to designers, supervisors, inspectors, and contractors regarding MEP system installation and maintenance
- Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering issues and develop effective solutions
- Identify design and execution challenges while managing and delivering multiple projects
- Plan, organize, review, and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
- Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations and technical reports when required
- Advise the Project Director on technical aspects of mechanical services affecting construction progress and quality
- Review contractor construction schedules related to MEP services and report progress updates to the Project Director
- Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the MEP team

- Use Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to perform design and drafting tasks
- Report to the manager or engineer in charge and complete assigned project tasks
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or within a team environment
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedules
- Produce accurate shop drawings as per instructions provided by engineers or managers
- Review project files to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols
- Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture and Revit MEP for drafting and modeling
