Remodeling and Re-branding of a 63,000 SQFT Hospitality Project
United-BIM partnered with an A/E/C firm to develop a comprehensive site plan for a large multi-building corporate campus in the United States. Our scope included preparing a highly detailed campus master layout with precise building footprints, internal circulation routes, pedestrian pathways, parking zones, loading/service areas, and landscape buffers.

About the Project
Using Revit, our team ensured that all spatial relationships and zoning requirements were accurately represented, enabling the client to:
- Visualize the overall campus layout in the early conceptual stage
- Assess site functionality, access, and connectivity
- Streamline inter-departmental coordination and decision-making
- Evaluate space planning alternatives before moving to detailed design
The deliverables served as a vital foundation for the client’s planning, feasibility evaluation, and further architectural development, supporting smooth progression into subsequent project phases.
