Project Overview
United-BIM developed an as-built BIM model for a healthcare renovation project in California using point cloud data and existing project documentation. The model captured architectural layouts, structural elements, ceiling zones, major MEP systems, equipment areas, and service spaces needed for renovation planning.
The Scan to BIM model helped the project team verify existing conditions, plan system upgrades, coordinate renovation work, and reduce assumptions before design and construction decisions were finalized.
