Project Overview
United-BIM developed coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models for a transit facility project in California. The model supported coordination between building systems, structural framing, equipment areas, utility zones, access routes, and construction documentation.
The BIM workflow helped the project team identify clashes, review constructability issues, coordinate multidisciplinary systems, and improve documentation accuracy before construction activities moved forward.
