Project Overview
United-BIM developed a coordinated BIM model for a large advanced manufacturing facility project in Indiana. The model included architectural, structural, and MEP systems for production areas, equipment zones, utility rooms, loading docks, administrative spaces, and service corridors. The BIM model helped the project team review space planning, coordinate building systems around production workflows, and reduce design conflicts before construction documentation was finalized.
