Yes. For higher-risk buildings (HRBs) under the Building Safety Act 2022, we prepare and maintain the digital Golden Thread — ensuring all design, construction, and O&M information is structured, attributable, and transferable across the asset lifecycle.
We assign dedicated UK-facing project managers who are available Monday to Friday during GMT/BST business hours. You will always have a responsive point of contact during your working day. Production teams work a shift that enables overnight delivery of model updates.
We work across all current Revit versions (2022–2025) and will always work within your specified version. We can adopt your existing Revit template, shared parameters, and view templates — or create UK-compliant templates from scratch if required.
